Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within one hour of placing your order, along with a reason for the cancellation. If your order is prepaid, the refund will be credited to your account within 15 working days. Please note that once an order has been processed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Baldha Foods reserves the right to determine the processing status of each order, and customers agree not to dispute this decision.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless an incorrect item has been delivered. In such cases, the item must remain unopened, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders refused upon delivery or for any returned shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including addresses and zip codes, are accurate. Baldha Foods is not liable for damages or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and our guarantee does not apply in such cases. If reshipment is necessary, customers will be responsible for the associated costs of placing a new order.
